Responsibilities:

• Managing the accounting team : training, performance follow-up, ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Tax Compliance: Ensuring that the organization is complying with all tax laws and regulations. He/she works closely with external tax advisors to ensure that sales tax returns are accurate and filed on time.
• Audit Support: Supporting the annual audit process, working closely with auditors to provide the necessary documentation and support.

Requirements:

• More than 7 years experience in accounting.
• Experience with leading a team.
• A certification in accounting.
• Familiar with Spanish.
• Familiar with accounting softwares.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
