We are looking for the right person to join our highly motivated team. We are a new age Collections Agency only operating for US based private equity firms. This job is for someone who wants to push themselves to achieve greatness in their lives both professionally and personally. Our office environment is Wolf of Wall Street esq, and we rewards handsomely for your hard work and dedication! We will motivate you to succeed through action first, but also through an incentive program that can have you make as much as you are willing to work. There is no limit here.

What you'll do

Manage Portfolio of up to 250-300 files Negotiate settlements that work for us but also the individual you're assigned to Communicate with our clients about their files, their needs and expectations Stay organized using our CRM, and other tools to ensure that you're able to operate efficiently

Basic qualifications

Leadership - I do not need someone who goes through the motions. You must be relentless Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in sales or collections Familiarity with Simplicity or similar CRM tools for account management. Excellent ability to maneuverer and adjust on the fly, abilty to think creatively

Pay: $50,000.00-$360,000.00 per year
