We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager Financial Planner.

The Senior Account Manager Financial Planner must be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is proficient at problem solving, decision making, establishing effective collaboration, and excellent managerial and communication skills; is fascinated, motivated to make things better, and presents a personality that is purposefully relaxed and calm.

Duties:

  • Maintain a high level of ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity at all times to positively represent the Firm.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Identifies the client\'s life and financial objectives, conducts thorough evaluations, and cultivates long-term relationships.
  • Engages with prospects to proactively establish a sales pipeline and create marketing plans to promote financial services based on value-added advice.
  • Planning and leading teams, such as audit teams, meetings, client engagements, and fieldwork assignments, including budget and resource requirements.
  • Extensive understanding of the competitive landscape, market tendencies, economic conditions, and regulatory environment.
  • Conducts periodic evaluations of client investment plans and identifies opportunities to acquire additional assets.
  • Participates in client meetings, responds to inquiries, and manages relationships to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Investments, retirement planning, financial flow management, tax planning, and estate planning experience.
  • Participates in events to build brand awareness and to establish, maintain, and cultivate community contacts in order to increase agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
Qualifications:

CPA and CFP Designation with 5+ years of experience after designation
