Position: Account Manager
Location: Dorval - hybrid work environment
Salary: $55K to $60K per year + bonus - benefits 100% paid by employer + partial remote work
In this role, you will be working for an international industry leader and managing major US client accounts. The company offers full benefits and a very dynamic working environment with additional employee perks.
Summary of the role:
- Working in partnership with major business clients
- Being the primary contact on systems
- Preparing proposals
- Participating in product information and costing
- Managing projects as related to products and working with the account
- Providing support to the client on all matters as related to product, delivery, quality, etc.
- Collaborating with the supply chain department on forecasting demand planning
- Performing additional responsibilities as related to account management
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience managing client accounts
- Experience in a B2B environment - a strong asset for this role
- Excellent communication skills to work with key client accounts in the US
- Strong computer skills in Excel - required
- SAP or knowledge of ERP system
- Very good interpersonal skills, ability to be resourceful in problem solving, react quickly and find solutions, demonstrate effective communication to build and strengthen client relationships
