What is the opportunity?

As an experienced Account Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play an integral role as the lead and liaison between the creative team and our Investment Advisor clients.

Our ideal candidate loves building lasting professional relationships with clients and has exceptional organizational skills to keep track of deliverables and help on-time, on-scope delivery of quality creative work that exceeds our client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. Your positive and proactive mindset will allow you to work closely within an agile team of copywriters, designers, developers and other marketers to ideate, problem solve, and execute on individual marketing/branding strategies across key digital marketing platforms (website, email, social, etc.).

This is a 18-month contract position, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing.

What will you do?

  • Act as the accessible and reliable relationship manager for Investment Advisor\'s questions, feedback, updates and any major correspondence, including scheduling and leading key meetings
  • Collaborate with the copywriting, design, and developments teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery of quality creative work that exceeds our clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs
  • Map out project timelines, scope of work, and keep a close eye on project timelines, workloads, and project objectives to ensure all of those elements are staying on track
  • Cultivate a culture of openness, collaboration, care, creative experimentation, and client satisfaction
  • Assist in interviewing Investment Advisors and their teams to uncover the core essence of their business, brand and marketing objectives
  • Work with your Account Manager colleagues and Senior Management to optimize process and expand on product
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • 4+ years of experience working in a marketing, branding, or advertising role in a corporate environment or related agency
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management/account manager role in either a corporate or creative agency environment
  • Ability to develop a consulting relationship with internal clients regarding creative development, and provide a high level of service
  • A strong team player who can support team members in a proactive, open, and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize work and establish priorities independently to meet deadlines
  • Professional curiosity and strong interest in the Web and its evolution
Nice-to-have
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working as part of a traditional creative team (Account Manager, Designer and Copywriter)
  • Experience in wealth management or serving clients in wealth management
  • Fluent in both English and French (reading, writing, conversation)
