You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients

, guiding their marketing strategy and working across multiple channels (SEO, Ads, Tracking, Creative) to develop a strong 360 perspective.

You'll work with Canadian and American clients

, acting as the main point of contact for their internal teams. You'll align objectives, roadmaps, and deliverables to keep projects moving forward. In doing so, you'll level up your multi-team orchestration and project management skills, all while anchoring your experience in a North American context. At Digitad, you'll guide your clients strategically and also identify opportunities to grow their accounts.

WHY WE'RE HIRING





Digitad supports businesses in Quebec, Canada, and the United States with their digital strategy. These clients are ambitious and expect a partner who understands their challenges, offers real guidance, and aligns digital marketing with business goals.



We've recently won several new contracts (including a major U.S. account) and we're opening a new position within the Account Services team to support growth. You'll work across performance channels (SEO, Ads, Tracking...), in close collaboration with our internal experts.

YOUR ROLE



As an Account Manager, you'll be a true growth partner for your portfolio of clients.

You'll work to understand their business objectives, collaborate with SEO, paid media, tracking, and creative experts to develop strategies and spot opportunities, and coordinate execution from start to finish.

A team of 8 Account Managers

who share best practices, insights, and ideas every week.

Close collaboration with our in-house experts in SEO, Ads, Tracking, and Creative

: passionate, accessible teammates eager to share their knowledge. You'll learn from them daily and deepen your understanding of each channel.

with well-established processes: you'll know where you're going and how to get there, so you can focus on what really matters to your clients.



Your main responsibilities:




Client management




Manage a portfolio of large accounts and upper mid-market clients, building strong and lasting relationships Onboard new clients with structure and clarity from day one Advise clients to ensure marketing actions are aligned with business goals Identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities that truly add value Anticipate pain points and proactively offer solutions

Strategy




Lead key moments with internal experts: kickoffs, performance reviews, planning sessions, recommendations

Operations




Ensure quality and delivery of client work (SEO, Ads, websites...) Monitor timelines and coordinate across internal teams Identify underperforming accounts and build action plans with specialists Analyze results and present monthly reports to clients

Management & structure




Contribute to team and agency-wide projects: offer development, process improvement, tool implementation Stay up to date and share relevant insights to help the team grow and improve



About your future manager





You'll report to Alix, a reliable, supportive, and highly engaged team lead who has been with Digitad for 6 years and helped build our large account practice from the ground up.



Alix is known for her human leadership, active listening, and ability to create a safe, calm, and motivating team environment. Her strong sense of service and ability to bring people together make her a pillar of the Account Services team. She'll support your professional development with clarity, structure, and kindness.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU



Your onboarding





Your journey starts with a structured 6-week onboarding program. After the first 3 weeks, we'll tailor the pace to how you're feeling and progressing.



In the beginning, you won't manage any clients and your focus will be entirely on ramping up.


Phase 1:

Tools, daily rituals, team immersion

Phase 2:

Shadowing experienced teammates, building channel knowledge

Phase 3:

Training on client experience, standard processes, typical cases

Phase 4:

Sales & upsell processes (HubSpot, best practices, reflexes to build)

We also encourage all new team members to pursue certifications (Google Marketing Fundamentals, etc.) and you'll be able to follow training on various channels (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads) through our in-house learning center, La Fusee.

After 1 month




You've started managing at least one client and begun building trust You've integrated tools, rituals, and team routines You understand our approach, our methods, and our client culture



After 3 months




You fully manage your portfolio with efficiency and structure You're able to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and pitch them at the right time You're fluent in our tools and processes, and you've found your rhythm You're still supported by your manager but gaining more and more autonomy

YOUR PROFILE





This opportunity is for you if:


You're

bilingual in French and English

, and comfortable working with clients in both Canada and the U.S. (spoken and written), with clarity and professionalism

You're familiar with the U.S. market,

you've supported American clients in their digital strategy You build trust with your clients by simplifying complex topics, communicating warmly, and being reliably present You have a solid understanding of marketing channels (SEO, Ads, Tracking) and web projects (WordPress, Shopify...). You don't need to be an expert, just eager to learn You're highly organized: your agenda is clear, your priorities are under control, and you know how to involve the right experts at the right time You have a

commercial mindset

: you spot relevant opportunities and turn them into meaningful recommendations
