We are looking for an exceptional person to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, and focused on surpassing is/her goals and customer satisfaction. What you will do:

  • Proactively manage customers while keeping in mind their requirements, and increase sales through the promotion of the new equipment and products.
  • Regularly meet with customers to assess their satisfaction and make changes to their account in order to grow his/her territory.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Representative when a new case is given in order to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
  • Create business propositions outlining the benefits and added value of our company.
  • Close the sale, sign the agreements, and ensure after-sale service
  • Ensure the proper execution of the transaction
  • Meet the territory\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals (sales volume, number of visits, customer retention)
  • Conduct monthly business reviews of his/her territory with concrete actions to grow it.
  • Promote new products
  • Update the CRM on a continuous basis
  • Stay abreast of innovations, the competition and the market
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high quality go-to-market
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team
  • Develop her/her knowledge of the coffee industry and equipment
  • Become an ambassador for our brands

Requirements

What you will need:
  • Sales experience in a service environment
  • University degree
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and clean driving record
  • Computer knowledge (knowledge of Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Results-oriented
  • Ability to work on several projects; good time and priority management
  • Motivation, determination and good team spirit
