Cette personne hautement motivee sera responsable de stimuler les ventes des services de Triumvirate aupres de nouveaux et d'actuels clients, tout en developpant des relations durables afin d'assurer leur satisfaction, leur fidelisation et leur croissance.

Responsabilites principales


Gerer un portefeuille de clients generant entre 600 000 $ et 800 000 $ par mois en revenus. Stimuler les ventes des services de gestion et d'elimination des dechets ainsi que d'autres services de Triumvirate aupres de nouveaux et d'actuels clients. Coordonner les services et projets entre les clients et les equipes internes de Triumvirate. Identifier, qualifier et conclure de nouvelles occasions d'affaires grace au reseautage et aux references. Appliquer la methodologie de vente consultative Sandler pour renforcer les relations et comprendre les besoins des clients. Soutenir les clients dans leurs projets afin d'assurer leur conformite reglementaire et l'excellence operationnelle. Developper des relations a long terme avec les clients afin d'assurer leur satisfaction et leur fidelisation. Participer a des rencontres clients, des activites de reseautage et de representation au besoin.

Exigences minimales


Baccalaureat dans un domaine connexe. De 2 a 5 ans d'experience dans les services environnementaux ou un domaine connexe, incluant de l'experience en vente. Attitude positive, grande motivation et passion pour les ventes. Excellentes competences en communication, organisation et developpement de relations. Experience en gestion des installations (Facilities Management), un atout. Succes demontre dans la vente aupres de clients des secteurs de la sante, de l'enseignement superieur, des sciences de la vie ou industriel. Doit disposer d'un moyen de transport fiable. Doit etre parfaitement bilingue en francais et en anglais.

This highly motivated individual will be responsible for driving sales of Triumvirate's services to both new and existing clients while building long-term relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities


Manage an existing client portfolio generating $600,000-$800,000 per month in revenue. Drive sales of environmental waste management, disposal, and other Triumvirate services to new and existing clients. Coordinate services and projects between clients and Triumvirate teams. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Apply the Sandler Consultative Sales Methodology to strengthen relationships and uncover client needs. Support clients with projects to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Participate in client meetings, networking, and entertainment activities as required.

Basic Requirements


Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2-5 years of experience in environmental services or a related industry, with sales experience. Positive attitude, strong motivation, and a passion for sales. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Experience in Facilities Management is an asset. Proven success selling to healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clients. Must have reliable transportation. Bilingual in French and English language.

Preferred Qualifications
