About the role


The Account Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and growth of one or more key client accounts. This role ensures high-quality recruitment service delivery, strong client relationships, and continuous improvement across workforce programs. Operating as a trusted partner, the Account Manager aligns client needs with tailored solutions, manages day-to-day account operations, and ensures delivery excellence through collaboration with internal recruitment teams. While not always a billing role, it is highly commercial and delivery-driven, with a focus on retention, quality, and account growth.

What you'll be doing

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders. Conduct regular service reviews and relationship check-ins to ensure satisfaction and alignment. Escalate and resolve service delivery or operational issues promptly and professionally. Manage workforce planning and job requisition coordination with internal delivery teams. Ensure roles are briefed accurately, delivered efficiently, and in line with SLAs and quality expectations. Monitor fulfilment rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction metrics across active roles. Provide coaching and briefings to recruitment consultants working on account delivery. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Collaborate on proposals, pricing, and solution design to increase client value. Contribute to revenue, margin, and retention targets for assigned accounts. Support new site or region rollouts within the account if applicable. Ensure full compliance with account-specific processes, systems, and documentation. Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and reporting via CRM and tracking tools. Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on delivery performance and market trends. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the account. Maintain and grow client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) within managed accounts. Deliver consistent service in line with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations. Ensure job fulfillment, quality of hire, and candidate experience meet client expectations. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account revenue growth. Maintain compliant and accurate documentation, processes, and reporting across the account. Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

About you






Education (Desirable)



Bachelor's degree in business or a related field



Experience



Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)

3+ years of recruitment or workforce solutions experience, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.

Proven track record of managing accounts or delivering to key clients.

Experience working with SLAs, reporting tools, and high-volume recruitment (advantageous).

Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and client negotiation.
