REW is looking for an experienced, proactive account management and sales professional to join our high tech, high performing team, who will contribute to the ongoing success of Real Estate Webmasters sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain current client book of business
  • Prospect for new business development upsell and contract renewal opportunities, including warm calling
  • Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets/goals
  • Track client and prospect interactions in Salesforce
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • 3 years experience in a fast paced sales and account management environment
  • Well-refined organizational skills, ability to multitask, self-starter
  • Ability to learn a wide spectrum of product knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to express yourself in a clear, and concise manner while maintaining a professional tone
  • Passion for personal development, self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative to grow your skills and enhance your industry knowledge and expertise
  • Integrity and a passion for building success by developing relationships with your clients
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working in Salesforce or a with a CRM
  • Experience selling SaaS products
  • Experience selling contract renewals
  • Experience selling SEO and PPC
  • Basic understanding of websites, front-end, and backend
  • Experience working with Google Suite, DocuSign.

The Account Manager will be relied on to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds, and has a reputation as a neutral, approachable professional with internal and external clients.
