THE JOB
Our Account Management team in Canada is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager who will support the local Account Management team specifically to create capacity for renewal conversations.
Responsibilities will include:
Retention support - collaborates to ensure timely renewal of policies, confirm all contractual documentation and full compliance with company rules.
Providing account management services to the insured and/or its local subsidiaries, while managing and developing the day-to-day relationships with clients and brokers.
Top line revenue generation; invoicing, buyer fees riders, turnover declarations monitoring/follow ups.
Manages a portfolio of policies in coordination with Account Manager.
THE CANDIDATE
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience in credit insurance, banking, financial services would be beneficial.
Bilingual in French required.
Ability to work onsite out of Toronto HQ 2 days a week/3 days remote.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking capability.
