Key Responsibilities
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and tailored advertising solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development & Sales Growth:
o Proactively identify, contact, and secure meetings with prospective clients through cold calling, onsite visits, and networking initiatives.
o Consistently increase sales volume by presenting customized out-of-home advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Client Engagement & Campaign Development:
o Develop creative, targeted sales and communication plans that address client needs and market opportunities.
o Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and customized media proposals, following up promptly to secure contracts.
  • Performance & Relationship Management:
o Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as established by management.
o Demonstrate strong business acumen by identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and long-term client value.
  • Collaboration & Industry Presence:
o Participate actively in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal and external training programs.
o Represent the organization within community B2B groups, attending events, galas, and conferences to expand professional networks and business opportunities.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
  • Education & Experience:
o A background in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
o 2-3 years of sales experience or a strong desire to launch and grow a career in sales.
  • Technical Skills:
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
o Ability to prepare professional presentations and sales proposals.
  • Key Competencies:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
o Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
o Strong listening, questioning, and negotiation skills.
o Confident, positive, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a portfolio independently while contributing as a team player.
