Role Overview



As an Account Executive specializing in robotics solutions, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of advanced automation technologies across various industries. Your role will encompass the full sales cycle--from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer success. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of robotics solutions.

Solution Customization:

Work with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements and objectives.

Negotiation & Closing:

Lead contract negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals that align with company goals.

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company effectively in the market.

Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients post-sale.

Qualifications



Experience:

3-5 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record in selling complex solutions, preferably in robotics, automation, or related fields.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.

Technical Acumen:

Familiarity with robotics systems, automation processes, and AI technologies.

Travel:

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
