We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Executive who's passionate about helping clients achieve success through technology. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor -- building lasting relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving strategic solutions that create real impact.
As part of our collaborative, customer-centric team, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base and deepening engagement with existing customers. This role reports to the Director of Client Solutions.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and best practices to help clients achieve their business and technology goals
Develop account plans and strategies to expand relationships and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to align on client strategies and ensure successful outcomes
Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and qualification to closing new business across all service categories
Conduct client demos and deliver executive-level presentations and proposals
Maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline and forecast
Represent IX Solutions at conferences, networking events, and industry panels to strengthen our market presence
Partner with leadership to identify vendor opportunities and strengthen relationships with key technology partners
What You Bring
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a B2B technology sales role
Strong knowledge of technologies from vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Citrix, Rubrik, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, Veeam, and VMware
Skilled at understanding client needs, negotiating effectively, and delivering tailored solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and comfort learning new technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts while actively developing new business
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and prospects

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
