What you'll be doing:

This is a hunter role, focused on acquiring new Perk Providers and building a stronger value proposition for our members. If you thrive on cold calling, opening doors, and converting prospects into long-term partners, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across Canada (and select U.S. opportunities). Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach strategies. Deliver persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate ROI and align with partner goals. Negotiate terms and close new partnership agreements. Maintain CRM discipline with accurate tracking, forecasting, and activity logging. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and ensure smooth handoff to account managers for renewals/upsells.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in a sales role, ideally with new business acquisition in digital media, partnerships, or B2B sales. Proven track record of cold calling and consistent pipeline generation. Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding acquisition targets. Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior decision-makers. Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection. Knowledge of digital sales/affiliate marketing is an asset. Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
