Job Description


We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for our next Account Executive (AE). As an AE at FundThrough, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture inbound leads, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and convert them into satisfied customers. With your excellent communication and sales skills, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, educating them about our factoring services, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements. Requirements

  • Prior experience working within a fast-growing startup or in finance - fintech, lending, payments, or banking entity is a bonus
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in an outbound sales capacity
  • Experience with large deal sizes (>$500k in financing/loans or >250k with SaaS type deals)
  • Keen interest to develop a career in a high-performing Sales team and learning the inputs of a sales machine
  • Experience using CRM software (ex. Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound leads: Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective clients, answer their questions, and provide accurate information about our factoring services
  • Sales conversion: Develop relationships with potential clients, understand their unique needs, and effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of our factoring solutions
  • Consultative selling: Conduct thorough fact-finding conversations to identify client pain points and propose tailored factoring solutions to address their financial challenges
  • Account management: Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients successfully and ensure smooth transitions. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Pipeline management: Track and manage leads and opportunities using SalesForce, update records, notes, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team

We understand that Covid has shifted the way we work. Our Downtown Toronto office is open and we encourage FundThrough\xe2\x80\x99ers based within the GTA to use it. This role is open to being fully remote or hybrid.
