Job Description



We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team at Leads.io. As an AE, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, and cultivate and grow current client relationships, while simultaneously attracting new business by vigorously prospecting through strategic channels. The right candidate will be one who is a strong closer, who works well under pressure and can easily understand client needs and adapt their communication accordingly. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines, have strong negotiation and closing skills, and think outside the box. Leads.io has a fantastic office located in Downtown Toronto; however, this Account Executive role is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Responsibilities

  • Create targeted prospect lists based on Leads.io ICP/buying personas, successful verticals and penetrating key accounts
  • Contact and qualify potential clients through the following, but not limited to:
  • Outreach via Sequences, including email, cold calls, social outreach via Linkedin
  • Custom videos (using Vidyard)
  • Attending trade shows and conferences as applicable
  • Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals in organizations, research and obtain business requirements and present ideas to begin the sales cycle
  • Present, promote and sell products/services
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Close initial and subsequent orders that result in New Business acquisition revenue for Leads.io
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities
  • Use our CRM to manage leads, action prospecting activities, and management of pipeline
  • Forecasting anticipated revenue
  • Demonstrate the value of Leads.io through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social/outreach mediums
  • Research and prepare for meetings with potential clients that are set up by our BDM team
  • Collaborate with marketing, BDM, and Account Managers on a strategic new business development approach
  • Manage expectations for long-term partnerships with clients which will pilots become profitable
  • Continue to learn new skills, attend ongoing training/courses to grow within your role and within Leads.io
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Account Executive role
  • Knowledgeable of outbound sales techniques and strategies
  • Proven track record of exceeding aggressive New Business Development revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills that are consumer oriented. Display courtesy and sensitivity and respond to service requests.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and conversations tailored to the audience needs
  • Strong networking skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in sales
