About the opportunity

The world of talent acquisition and management is evolving rapidly -- and technology is at the center of that transformation. At Dayforce, we're leading the change with our Dayforce Talent Intelligence solution. This role is a critical sales-facing position responsible for driving revenue across our Talent Intelligence portfolio while serving as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and management technology. You will enable the sales organization by bringing deep consultative expertise to support pipeline development and opportunity execution.



What you'll get to do

Manage a sales quota for a portfolio of talent-focused SaaS products. Act as a trusted advisor in sales cycles, aligning with marketing, sales, and solution advisory teams to position Talent Intelligence solutions effectively. Take a consultative approach to evaluating customer challenges and crafting value-driven Dayforce offerings. Collaborate daily with sales teams to support pipeline generation and in-deal execution. Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers within your assigned vertical or region. Leverage deep understanding of prospects' industries and business goals to articulate how Dayforce Talent Intelligence creates value. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools. Develop and execute winning sales strategies using competitive insights and market positioning. Demonstrate product proficiency and effectively articulate how Dayforce HCM solutions differentiate from the competition. Communicate clearly how Ceridian's HCM solutions solve real business problems and deliver measurable impact.

Skills and experience we value

Proven success selling talent technology solutions. Experience as a talent practitioner is a bonus but not required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of experience prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities in a B2B environment. Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets within HR technology or SaaS environments. Skilled in consultative selling and developing ROI-based business cases. Strong ability to influence and connect with mid-level and executive stakeholders. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills. Willingness to travel based on territory and business needs.
