We are seeking an experienced SaaS Account Executive to help blow away the numbers. The Celayix sales organization will support you with state-of-the-art selling tools and automations. The Sales team is supported by and works closely with a highly responsive Marketing team dedicated to selling success and reducing friction in your selling process.
You'll get trained and on-boarded perfectly. We'll glue our knowledge of our products and markets to your top-notch selling skills. Then we want to get out of your way while you destroy previous assumptions about what is possible. If you need a wheelbarrow to carry your money out at the end of the month, the wheelbarrow is on us.

Required Skills and Responsibilities
Minimum 2 year SaaS technology sales experience in a tele-sales environment
Demonstrated success with mid-size and enterprise private- and public-sector customers
Some post secondary Education required
Experience in workforce management software related domain
Experience in Celayix platform would be an asset
Demonstrated understanding of effective sales processes
A clear and demonstrated understanding of consultative selling
Clear understanding of deal qualification
Personal ownership of business challenges, objectives, and outcomes
Creative and innovative thinking
Attention to detail
Best-in-class written and verbal communications skills
Negotiation skills
Experience selling 45-90 day sales cycles
Experience in a hybrid marketing lead + cold-call sales environment
Ability to leverage CRM platform to develop and manage a large pipeline of active opportunities
Experience forecasting monthly and quarterly business
Business problem/business value focus
