Summary:

The Account Manager will focus primarily on driving ServiceNow-centric business, tapping into new opportunities while also expanding our scope of services within existing clients. This individual will be responsible for full cycle sales and account management, from building out a pipeline of new prospects through to sales meetings and follow up. The ultimate objective of this individual will be to drive Coreio\xe2\x80\x99s position in the marketplace as a ServiceNow leader, both from a brand presence and sales execution standpoint.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new potential business by networking, ensuring a presence at industry events, and generating leads through various methods
  • Qualifying of client needs through discovery
  • Achieving sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:
  • Developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan.
  • Developing marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth
  • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Arranging and conducting initial product demonstrations and presentations
  • Sales process management and opportunity closure
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, staying close to their technology needs to understand how Coreio\xe2\x80\x99s ServiceNow offering can align with their short and long-term IT goals
  • Preparing and presenting sales decks as well as leading demos of ServiceNow capabilities for an audience of Executive-level IT professionals
  • Seeking out and participating in RFPs
  • Partnering with the leadership team to understand the value proposition of the platform and building out sales and marketing materials to support the expansion of ServiceNow sales efforts
  • Leveraging internal CRM system to manage the sales process in an organized and efficient manner
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
  • Working with internal teams to coordinate resourcing to support newly sold services
  • Staying current on product developments and being able to talkto how we support other clients with our solutions
  • Driving Coreio\xe2\x80\x99s presence in the market as a ServiceNow leader in the IT space
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
  • Supporting Marketing events \xe2\x80\x93 user conferences, trade shows, webinars
  • Acting as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings / marketing events.
  • Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the ServiceNow solution within the marketplace
Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • 5+ years experience in a Business Development (or equivalent) role within the IT industry, either in ITSM, IT Operations Management or Security Operations Management
  • Strong established network of IT Executives within the enterprise-level organization space
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort addressing Executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to talk to the \xe2\x80\x98bigger picture\xe2\x80\x99 and the business drivers around IT
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales
