Job Summary




We're seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help bring a new, cutting-edge neurodiagnostic device to market. You'll play a key role in driving adoption of the NeuroCatch Platform through strategic territory development, leveraging both existing and new industry relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in medical device sales--particularly in neurology, diagnostics, or neuro-rehabilitation--who thrives in consultative selling, can articulate clinical and financial value, and is energized by the challenge of building something new from the ground up.


You'll have the ability to lead and manage the full sales process while working closely with our Clinical Integration Team to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account success.


The focus for this role is the East Coast, we're targeting key markets such as New York City, Boston, Washington D.C., Miami, Florida, South Florida, New Jersey and Atlanta.


The role requires the flexibility to travel within these regions, as well as for occasional regional travel across the U.S. for meetings, demos, and events. Some travel to our head office in Surrey, BC (Greater Vancouver area) may also be necessary from time to time.

What You Bring



5+ years of experience in medical device or neurodiagnostic sales, preferably in neurology, TBI/concussion, or cognitive performance markets Proven success exceeding sales quotas and managing a full sales cycle Strong clinical acumen--able to confidently speak to concussion/TBI workflows, neurodiagnostic value, and reimbursement pathways Existing relationships with neurologists, neuropsychologists, concussion clinics, or rehab centers Experience with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) and consultative sales frameworks (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, MEDDPIC) Strong pipeline generation skills--proactive, methodical, and creative in outreach Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities A self-starter mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Nice to Have



Ideally based on the East Coast (with strong preference for networks in Atlanta, Florida, Boston or New York), with an existing network in neurocare Background in neuroscience, neurorehabilitation, or cognitive performance Familiarity with clinical integration, customer onboarding, or account expansion Passion for health innovation and making brain health measurable


This role requires a proven sales professional with deep experience and established relationships in the neuro, concussion, and rehabilitation space. We're seeking someone who can immediately activate their network and drive meaningful traction from day one. As we move from startup into accelerated growth, this level of industry expertise is essential right now to help position the product, open doors, and build momentum quickly.
