About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Account Executive in Quesnel, BC. You'll work with local business owners to understand their goals, explain their options clearly, and design campaigns that combine broadcast and digital to deliver real results.

This isn't just about selling ad space--it's about building relationships and showing SMEs how marketing can grow their business.



What You'll Do

Build and grow relationships with local business owners. Listen, ask questions, and understand each client's needs. Create marketing campaigns that combine radio's reach and trust with digital's precision and tracking. Prospect and close new business while nurturing long-term partnerships. Present sales & marketing ideas with confidence and back them up with clear results. Hit and exceed sales goals while supporting local growth. What You'll Love

What You Bring

2+ years of sales experience (media or marketing sales a plus). Strong people skills--you enjoy networking and building trust. Ability to explain marketing in simple, practical terms for business owners. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a sales pipeline. A creative, problem-solving mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable, fully insured vehicle. A track record of meeting sales goals and building strong client relationships.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. At no point will employees earn less than minimum wage. Once commissions are earned, compensation is based on the revenue generated from client sales. High-performing Account Executives have the potential to significantly exceed the base earnings, with no cap on commissions. Your success is directly tied to your ability to drive revenue and build strong client relationships.
