We are seeking a motivated

Account Executive

to drive practitioner adoption of Vielight devices. This is a hands-on sales role focused on

outreach, relationship-building, and closing new practitioner accounts

.

Role Overview



As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for

prospecting, engaging, and signing up practitioners as reseller partners

. You will own the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing -- and ensure practitioners have the tools they need to successfully offer Vielight products to their patients.

This role is ideal for someone who is

goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to new prospects daily

.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect and qualify new practitioners (chiropractors, neurofeedback providers, functional medicine doctors, integrative clinics, etc.). Conduct outbound outreach through

calls, emails, events, and networking

. Deliver effective product presentations and demos (in-person and virtual). Build and manage a pipeline of leads through CRM tools. Negotiate agreements and close practitioner partnerships. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the Business Development team to align on practitioner market strategies. Provide feedback from the field to improve messaging, tools, and practitioner support.

How Success Will Be Measured



Number of new practitioner accounts signed. Practitioner conversion rate (from lead to reseller). Sales revenue generated from practitioner partnerships. Consistent pipeline growth and outbound activity.

Qualifications



Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience



2-4 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in

medical devices, healthcare sales, or B2B partnerships

. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills & Attributes



Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with

outbound calling, prospecting, and closing new business

. Strong relationship-builder with persistence and resilience. Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and reporting. Self-starter with high energy and results-driven mindset. Willingness to travel for conferences, trade shows, and practitioner events.

Pay: $37,555.07-$75,000.00 per year
