Job Description


On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a fast-growing IT services and consulting firm in Canada, that has grown by 450% since 2020. They specialize in Cybersecurity, Penetration Testing, E-Discovery, Microsoft Enablement, Staff Augmentation, and many more specialized services! Due to their growth, they are seeking an Account Executive join their sales team in Toronto.

About The Role

  • This individual will be responsible for the full sales cycle, developing new business with prospective clients while also driving growth within existing customers
  • Support client engagements from prospect to close
  • Must be a hunter and like to continuously bring in new business relationships
  • Hybrid role - Office located downtown Toronto, with ideally 1-2 days/week in office
About You
  • 3+ years of outbound BD experience
  • 3+ years of account management experience
  • Experience selling within the IT space, ideally professional services
  • Have experience selling into companies with 200-2000 employees
