En tant que Account Executive, Near Patient Care, vous serez responsable de la promotion et de la conduite du cycle de vente des produits Point-of-Care dans les segments hospitaliers et laboratoires prives. Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec le National Business Lead, le leader Provincial, le chef de partenaires strategiques et le leader national d'affaires pour executer les plans de croissance et de retention aupres de votre base de clients assignee. Vous etes l'expert technique du produit, et vous utilisez cette connaissance pour etablir des relations de confiance et credibles.

L'Opportunite :



Identifier les opportunites d'elargir l'acces aux tests de diagnostic pour le Point-of-Care dans les hopitaux et les laboratoires prives. Collaborer avec l'equipe regionale pour atteindre les objectifs lies aux clients (croissance, retention, experience, etc.). Utiliser votre comprehension de notre systeme de sante, du client, de votre equipe regionale et de notre reseau interne pour fournir le bon soutien a votre/vos compte(s) au bon moment. Effectuer des controles reguliers avec les parties prenantes senior des laboratoires, les cliniciens et les responsables des achats pour mieux comprendre leurs priorites et defis en matiere de Point-of-Care et comment Roche peut les soutenir et leur apporter de la valeur. Maintenir une connaissance technique approfondie de votre portefeuille de produits et un interet et une comprehension profonds de l'environnement de travail et des objectifs personnels et professionnels de votre client. Vous utiliserez cette connaissance pour apporter une veritable valeur et nous permettre de devenir le partenaire de choix. Maintenir et faire croitre un entonnoir de ventes en bonne sante dans le CRM. Vous etes responsable de l'integrite des donnees clients et opportunites (exactitude et exhaustivite). Utiliser Miller Heiman pour la planification strategique de vos opportunites de vente et le modele de vente Challenger pour aider les clients a naviguer entre les alternatives. Voyager 40 a 50 % du temps annuellement & les candidats doivent resider au Quebec.

Qui vous etes



Vous detenez un baccalaureat en sciences de la sante et un minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans la vente en soins de sante. Vous demontrez une comprehension des canaux et des processus de financement pour introduire/vendre des produits dans les hopitaux et les laboratoires prives, et vous avez de l'experience avec le processus de demande de propositions (RFP) au sein de la province du Quebec. Vous etes passionne et empathique envers nos clients, nos patients et leur environnement. Vous maitrisez la communication bidirectionnelle : communiquer, ecouter activement, utiliser le silence pour obtenir plus d'informations et transmettre clairement les idees une fois que le client a compris son probleme. Vous faites preuve d'une veritable expertise dans les produits et services que vous vendez, surpassant confortablement les connaissances que pourrait avoir tout acheteur expert influenceur. Vous avez la capacite d'assimiler et de maitriser les informations scientifiques et cliniques et de faire preuve de sens financier et commercial. Dans ce poste, vous serez en contact avec des collegues a travers le Canada, donc un niveau d'anglais courant et la maitrise du francais sont requis. Vous possedez un permis de conduire canadien valide. Deplacements 40 a 50 % du temps annuellement et les candidats doivent resider au Quebec.

Atouts



Vous avez une capacite averee a etablir des relations avec les parties prenantes en milieu hospitalier. Vous avez de l'experience commerciale dans les instruments de diagnostic. Vous demontrez une experience de travail dans un environnement de comptes cles, gerant simultanement de multiples relations avec diverses parties prenantes (ex : medecins, infirmieres, gestion de l'institution, systemes/TI de l'institution, payeurs, etc.). Vous possedez de l'experience avec Miller Heiman et Salesforce.com.

As an Account Executive, Near Patient Care, you will be responsible for promoting and driving the sales cycle of Point-of-care products in Hospitals and Private labs. You will work closely with the National Business Lead, Provincial Healthcare Leader, Customer Lead and Regional Lead, to execute on growth and retention plans across your assigned customer base. You are the technical product expert, and you use this knowledge to build trusting and credible relationships.

The Opportunity



Identifying opportunities to expand access to diagnostic testing for Point-of-Care in hospitals and private labs Collaborating with the regional squad to execute on customer related goals (growth, retention, experience, etc.) Leveraging your understanding of our healthcare system, the customer, your regional squad and our internal network to provide the right support to your account(s) at the right time. Conducting regular check-INs with the senior laboratory stakeholders, clinicians and procurement to better understand their point of care priorities and challenges and how Roche can support them and provide value Maintaining a deep technical knowledge of your product portfolio and a profound interest and understanding of your customer's working environment and personal and professional objectives. You will use this knowledge to bring true value and enable us to become the Partner of Choice Maintaining and growing a healthy sales opportunity funnel in CRM. You are responsible for customer and opportunity data integrity (accuracy and completeness). Using Miller Heiman for strategic planning of your sales opportunities and the Challenger selling model to help customers navigate alternatives.

Who you are



You hold a bachelor's degree in health sciences and 5+ years of healthcare sales experience. You demonstrate an understanding of funding channels and processes to introduce/sell products into hospitals and private labs, and have experience with the RFP (Request for Proposal) Process within the Quebec province. You are passionate and empathetic about our customers and patients and their environment. You have mastery of two-way communication: communicating, actively listening, using silence to elicit more information and clearly conveying ideas once the customer understands their problem. You exhibit true expertise in the products and services you sell, comfortably exceeding the knowledge that any expert buying influencer might have You have ability to assimilate and master scientific and clinical information and demonstrate financial and business acumen In this position, you will be in contact with colleagues across Canada, so a proficient level of English and fluency in French is required. You have a valid driver's license in Canada. Travel 40-50% of the time annually & candidates must reside in Quebec.

Preferred :



You have a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders in a hospital setting. You have commercial experience in diagnostics instruments. You demonstrate experience operating in a Key Account Environment managing multiple diverse stakeholder relationships simultaneously (ex: MDs, nurses, institution management, institution systems/IT, payers...) You possess experience in Miller Heiman and Salesforce.com
