The Company

We are working with a great client of ours who is on a mission to replace inefficient paper based workflows with a mobile first solution as they recognize that a good majority of the workforce is not in front of a computer. The Role Our partner is looking for an Account Executive based in Montreal, QC or Raleigh, NC. Reporting to the Director of Sales, and with high visibility across the team, this is a difference-making, meaningful, high-responsibility role. We expect the right candidate to be someone who thinks outside the box, thrives under pressure, and is laser-focused on consistently meeting targets.

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Your focus is New Logo Sales - primary responsibilities include closing new accounts and consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

\xe2\x97\x8f Hunter mentality - while you will be provided a healthy amount of leads from your supporting teams, our plan requires some outbound prospecting efforts.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead Conversion \xe2\x80\x93 You will be delivered warm leads on a regular basis and will need to become elite at nurturing those leads from sales cycle to close.

\xe2\x97\x8f Presentation \xe2\x80\x93 You will be responsible for presentations, such as discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.

\xe2\x97\x8f Organize \xe2\x80\x93 You will need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously: new leads, demos, proposals, follow-ups, etc. It\xe2\x80\x99s imperative that you stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks.

\xe2\x97\x8f Forecast \xe2\x80\x93 You will be expected to accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with +/- 15% accuracy.

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of total sales experience in a full sales cycle/closing position

\xe2\x97\x8f B2B sales experience

\xe2\x97\x8f Proven success as a closer - show us your process, metrics and data.

\xe2\x97\x8f A \xe2\x80\x9cwhatever it takes mentality\xe2\x80\x9d - Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline. Experience conducting your own discovery calls and product demonstrations.

\xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high.

\xe2\x97\x8f Beyond efficient, detail-oriented and organized -

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal and written communication ability.

\xe2\x97\x8f Attributes - positive, passionate, creative, smart, high-character.

\xe2\x97\x8f BA degree or higher.

\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks a plus: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc

\xe2\x97\x8f CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN EITHER MONTREAL, QC
