to lead B2B sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships, and delivering impactful solutions to public sector, not-for-profit, and enterprise clients across North America.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in consultative selling, understands solution-based sales cycles, and is confident navigating both RFPs and Microsoft partner-driven opportunities. You will work closely with leadership, Microsoft MVPs, and technical experts to shape proposals and close high-value service and managed service engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through direct outreach, partner referrals, events, and inbound leads.
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to solution positioning, proposal and SOW development, presentations, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape approaches that align to client needs and Upzoids strengths.
Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across implementation projects, managed services, and support subscriptions.
Actively participate in Microsoft co-sell activities, campaigns, and ecosystem engagements with Microsoft field and account teams.
Maintain accurate CRM data, manage pipeline and forecasts, and provide regular sales reporting to leadership.
Represent Upzoids at conferences, user groups, and industry forums to generate and advance leads.

Required Skills & Experience:
3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting, Microsoft services, or cloud and SaaS solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to run structured discovery and map business needs to solutions.
Experience managing complex sales cycles, including RFP-driven opportunities and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills, including at executive level.
Comfort working with technical teams to co-develop solution outlines, estimates, and SOWs.
Experience with CRM systems, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in Microsoft Partner sales, co-sell motions, or Microsoft licensing models.
Understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform product landscape and common use cases.
Experience selling to public sector, municipal, or other regulated industries.
