The Role:

We're after an

Account Executive

who gets the importance of strong relationships. You'll be the face of Good Sorts to our clients by checking in, solving problems, spotting opportunities, and making sure they know we've got their back.

This isn't a desk-bound sales role. You'll be out and about, meeting clients, popping by sites, having proper conversations, and keeping things humming in the background. You'll work closely with our Operations team to communicate needs and make sure any hiccups are handled quickly and cleanly.

The role's about trust, follow-through, and adding value without overcomplicating things.

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping in touch with your client portfolio with regular check-ins, site visits, the works Sorting issues before they become problems Finding ways to grow accounts with add-on services, referrals, or a timely follow-up Communicating clearly with clients and our internal team Logging everything in our systems (we use Pipedrive, , Asana, and Office 365) Backing up your teammates when they need a hand - we're a team, not a department

What We're Looking For:

You've done account management or sales before, ideally in a service-based business. You're a people person who can build trust quickly You've got solid communication skills, know when to speak up, and when to just get on with it You're organized, self-managing, and follow through on your word You're not afraid to pick up the phone or show up in person when needed You're tech-comfy with CRMs, shared docs etc.

It'd Be A Bonus If You:

Know the property world - strata, commercial buildings, that sort of thing Have a bit of Kiwi ingenuity and like thinking outside the box Understand how to balance being friendly andfirm
