Position Overview
ILPS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will connect with existing customers and potential clients, introduce ILPS's security services and equipment, and generate qualified leads for the outside sales team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in identifying client needs and helping them find the right solutions to protect their people and assets.
This flexible position is perfect for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently -- with the support of a trusted brand behind them.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to existing and potential clients through phone, email, and online platforms to generate and qualify new business opportunities and set appointments for our outside sale team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of ILPS products, services, and security solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and management to develop tailored proposals and ensure successful follow-ups
Track and update all leads, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system
Qualifications
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Strong verbal and written communication ability
Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
Experience in security or B2B services is an asset but not required
