Toronto Culture is one of the city's most influential digital platforms, covering everything from local news and trending stories to viral content, food, events, and giveaways. With over 1,000,000+ engaged followers, we publish 7-12 posts daily and are scaling fast across new markets.

We're now looking for a Sales/Account Executive who can help us grow our advertising and partnership portfolio. The ideal candidate brings an existing book of business, thrives on relationship-building, and understands how to align client goals with impactful campaigns on our platform.

What You'll Be Doing



Leverage your existing book of business to generate immediate sales opportunities Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising and sponsorship clients across Toronto and beyond Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and renewals Collaborate with our editorial and operations teams to deliver creative, brand-safe campaigns Track performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to clients on ROI Stay current on trends in media, advertising, and Toronto's cultural landscape

Who You Are



A proven sales professional with 2-5 years of experience in media, advertising, or digital sales Have an existing book of business and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Skilled at prospecting and closing deals, from small businesses to larger brands A relationship-builder who is client-first and solution-oriented Familiar with the Toronto market and its business community (or quick to learn) Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Bonus Points If You Have



Experience selling advertising for digital media, social platforms, or publishers Connections with marketing agencies, PR firms, or in-house brand managers Knowledge of CPMs, impressions, and social-first campaign metrics
