Key Role



We are seeking a motivated and qualified

Account Executive

to expand the adoption of Rheolution's advanced testing instruments in the

north-american dairy industry

. Ideal candidates have a strong

B2B sales background

in the dairy or agri-food sectors and a genuine interest in

technical solutions

that optimize production performance. Working closely with Rheolution's

senior dairy scientist

, you will manage

prospecting, customer engagement, technical demonstrations,

sales

and

post-sales follow-up

to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities



Working within a sales team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Business Development & Prospecting



Identify and engage potential customers in the dairy industry (plants, labs). Generate qualified leads through research, trade shows, and referrals. Organize and perform customer visits and tours.

Technical Sales & Product Demonstrations



Present and demonstrate specialized equipment. Collaborate with technical and operation teams to organize and perform ROI demo projects. Translate technical data into operational and economic benefits. Prepare and present reports to customers and stakeholders (business cases and feasibility studies).

Account Management



Maintain long-term relationships with customers. Provide after-sales follow-up and coordinate with technical support teams. Coordinate and organize deployment of products and services (installation, training, services, calibration, etc.). Oversee invoicing and customer onboarding.

Commercial Activities



Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service conditions. Use and update the company's CRM. Manage sales pipelines Organize exhibitions in tradeshows and conferences.

Market Intelligence



Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. Report customer needs to internal teams (R&D, marketing, production).

Education & Experience



Education



Bachelor or relevant degree in dairy science or agri-food; or Business degree with experience in B2B sales in dairy or agri-food industries.

Experience



+4 years experience in the dairy or agri-food industries in B2B technical sales or customer applications & support positions. Proven experience in international sales across North-America.

French and additional languages are a plus.
