Account Executive Corporate & Strategic Accounts

The incumbent will be responsible for increasing the volume of sales on average business accounts and acquiring new accounts of the territory given to them. By collaborating with customers, the Account Executive will provide effective business solutions to clients by leveraging an innovative strategic planning, superior customer service and acquiring new prospects in the Montreal area.

Responsibilities:

  • Use innovative sales techniques and product knowledge to grow the business, primarily in terms of current customers, using the full range of products and wireless services and telecommunications Rogers.
  • Analyze and carry out opportunities to acquire new customers in assigned territory.
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic that will optimize the rate of customer loyalty and manage growth.
  • Develop account management strategies and relationships in order to be closer to decision makers and to protect the account of any competitive activity.
  • Act with clients as an advisor on the set of products and services from Rogers Communications Inc..
  • Propose ideas by participating actively in regular sales meetings and the administrative tasks required by the job.
  • Support customer issues, diagnose and find solutions by working with key internal staff to maintain the integrity of business.

Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry or, preferably large medium enterprise account management and / or large business (B2B)
  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed the targets.
  • Excellent understanding of products and services to the wireless, data and telecommunications
  • Experience in selling professional services is a definite asset
  • Skills marked for communications and presentations.
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning.

  • Bilingual: French and English (oral and written)
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment in constant evolution.
  • Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Sales Force.com
