Job Description


On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a rapidly expanding business that specializes in fire and life safety services. They are currently seeking a sales professional to join their sales team in the Greater Toronto Area.

About The Role:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by conducting prospecting activities to
perspective customers and networking to secure first appointments with contractors,
engineers and existing building owners at the decision-maker level * Develop and present pricing options for service and planned maintenance agreements and assist in budgeting for future programs
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships to gain the client\xe2\x80\x99s trust, meet their objectives, and deliver value-added solutions
  • Track all sales activities in their CRM
  • Technical expertise or aptitude is required, including a background in any/or all facets of
the life safety and security business, including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers,
suppression systems, video and access control * Actively listen, probe and identify concerns.
  • Create and implement strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales objectives
  • Exceed assigned margin targets while in pursuit of sales orders for the assigned territory
Qualifications:
  • University or College level Degree or Diploma
  • 3+ years of selling preferred experience within facilities services or other business solution or service sales
direct to end-users * Skilled in methods to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
  • Techincal expertise/acumen would be an asset
  • CRM proficient
