Western Renovations Inc. is seeking a
motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Business Development
to support our growth across Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted, fast-growing renovation company with a clear vision for expansion in the multi-residential and property management industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of clients while driving new business opportunities in the multi-unit renovation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property managers, landlords, and homeowners.
Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and project reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Western Renovations' operations, project management, and finance teams to deliver seamless client service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Sales and Business Growth
Work with leadership to achieve and exceed sales targets by onboarding new buildings, generating project opportunities, and increasing conversion rates in existing accounts.
Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across services such as painting, flooring, kitchens, and full remodels.
Develop client-specific growth strategies that align with company objectives.
Track pipelines and performance using CRM and sales tools.
Client Experience
Monitor progress, ensuring quality and service standards exceed client expectations.
Proactively address potential issues before they become client concerns.
Manage communications and ensure clients receive consistent updates.
Drive client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
Collaboration and Reporting
Provide client insights and feedback to support operational improvements and business strategy.
Partner with project managers, field crews, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Report regularly on client performance, sales progress, and service outcomes to the executive team.
Qualifications
Proven success in
sales or account management
, ideally within
property management, construction, or real estate
industries.
Strong relationship-building skills with a
client-first approach
.
Ability to meet and exceed sales and client satisfaction targets.
Knowledge of multi-unit renovations, property turnover, or residential construction is an asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools.
Highly self-motivated, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
