RTS Consulting Automation is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to lead the expansion of our consulting services in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Operational Excellence, and Asset Management. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a strong grasp of manufacturing/industrial operations and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology and process improvement.
As an integral member of the sales team, the Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development and contract closure--while building strong relationships with manufacturing, engineering, and operations leaders.
