In this role, you will be effectively managing projects and customer support for fast-paced, exciting pharmaceutical accounts. You will be working with smart, engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, collaboration, and quick thinking.a?You will:

• Serve as point-of-contact for customers, providing proactive updates on deliverable statusa?
• Lead development of external and internal communications including: press releases, key messages, website content, patient engagement content, video scripts, social media content, sponsored content and presentations for meetings, summits, planning, etc.
• Manage project timelines and action plans, delegating work and supporting team operationsa?
• Mentor and coach junior team membersa?

Essential Requirements:a?

• Bachelora??s degreea?
• 6+ yearsa?? experience in a professional environment within the healthcare and/or communications industries
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, meeting internal and external deadlinesa?

Desired Requirements:a?

• Agency experience
• Understanding of FDA/regulatory agencies approval process and experience with scenario planning a?
• Understanding of social media processes/tools/approach/regulations, corporate review processes, healthcare regulations/pharma industry and issues managementa?
• Experience in media relations, data communications, disease state awareness campaigns, and corporate communications
