- Room to grow in a company with heart, grit, and fibreAs an ADR, your mission is to grow our footprint with small and medium-sized businesses by:- Farming (10%): Building relationships with existing clients to maximize engagement.
- Hunting (90%): Prospecting and qualifying new business leads through outbound calls and campaigns.
- Managing inbound inquiries and turning them into sales opportunities.
- Tracking and updating lead activity in our CRM.
- Supporting order fulfillment and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas with pride and passion.What You Bring to the Table:- Fluent in French
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Attention to detail and sound judgment
- Confident negotiation and relationship-building capabilitiesOther Language Requirements: English
- Required proficiency level: Advanced
- Reason for language requirement: to work with offices across Canada
