The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and achieving company goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Utilize Salesforce to manage account information, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Conduct regular analysis of account performance and provide insights for improvement.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Requirements
Experience in the coatings industry - both Architectural and Industrial experience a plus
Proven experience in account management or related field, preferably in B2B sales.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in business development and marketing strategies that drive growth.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships.
Excellent analytical skills to assess account performance and market opportunities.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
