We are the market leader and over the past 24 years wexe2x80x99ve helped over 4.7 million Canadians donate over $3B to Canadian charities.About the role:As an Account Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new charity partners and expanding our revenue. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop sales skills in a dynamic environment. If you have sales experience or come from a recruitment background looking to transition into tech sales, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.The annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience. This position is remote but may require to be in-office at times.Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Actively engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored product demonstrations;
  • The goal is to convert prospects into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition and negotiating terms;
  • Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals;
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring company-wide forecasting is precise;
  • Identifies key decision-makers in potential client organizations and strategizes plans to close deals;
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve sales goals and improve performance;
  • Focus on acquiring new charity partners, starting with small and medium-sized organizations and progressing to larger clients;
  • Hitting sales targets, conducting product demos, managing the sales process, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline;
