The Account Coordinator, Triangle Retail Media (TRM), will be responsible for providing day-to-day client support with a key focus on planning, developing, and tracking performance of digital campaigns. TRM is Canadian Tire Corporation\xe2\x80\x99s (CTC) rapidly scaling Retail Media Network Business across banners. Investing behind this business and scaling it over the next five years is a top strategic priority for CTC. As a member of the TRM team, you will work alongside groups of industry experts in a highly agile, entrepreneurial, and exciting environment. You will make an impact by:

Helping coordinate digital media campaigns in their portfolio by guiding clients and cross-functional teams from proposal through launch and completion to drive success

Briefing-in and coordinating assets between vendor partners, creative services, and TRM\xe2\x80\x99s internal execution teams

Monitoring the latest trends in digital media, including channels, advertising formats and technologies to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services

Supporting the Account Manager & Account Executive teams to build pitch decks and marketing materials for client and stakeholder meetings

Creating and maintaining blocking charts, work-back schedules, budget summaries and delivery plans, and providing basic operational reporting on campaign performance

Ensuring that all campaign information is properly inputted across all systems that touch the campaign, end-to-end

Engaging in direct conversations with digital media partners to build and manage TRM\xe2\x80\x99s retail media portfolio

Working closely with merch and e-commerce teams to ensure that the proper landing page experiences and right ad products are selected for digital marketing campaigns

What you bring

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related discipline

At least 1 year of professional account management experience for digital marketing programs from either a marketing agency or client side. Experience in retail media and/ or digital publishing is an asset

Demonstrated experience in sales order management tools, media buying platforms, ad serving and relationship management

Hands-on experience with at least a few analytics platforms, website analytics tools or advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)

Familiarity with agile practices, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude

A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to navigate and operate across a complex matrixed organization
