About Us:

Delmar Foods is a dynamic and growing food manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to join our Sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage customer accounts as assigned

- Support Sales Manager

- Track customer rebates and marketing spends

- Enter customer orders verifying availability and pricing

- Issue customer invoices

- Maintain customer files

- Prepare sales reports

- Assist in new product set up

- Interact with customers to answer questions and provide solutions

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

College diploma or University degree in Business, Marketing or related field and/or comparable work experience

Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience/administrative support

Efficient and accurate data entry skills

Positive, customer focused attitude

Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

Solid problem solving, administrative and organizational skills required

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Windows based software

Food industry experience an asset

Marketing experience an asset

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm (start time is negotiable)

In office position

Must have their own transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
