As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in generating new business, supporting existing accounts, and helping grow our company across North America. How You Will Make an Impact
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Proactively cold-call prospects and identify qualified leads, gathering insight into needs and buying behaviors
Follow up with sourced and inbound leads, nurturing relationships via phone, email, and social platforms
Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales activities
Achieve monthly quotas and performance targets
Client Support & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Process and manage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
Maintain and update client records and CRM data with accuracy
Deliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain strong client relationships
Reporting & Collaboration
Generate sales reports and provide insights to support key decisions
Facilitate communication between clients, internal departments, and sales representatives
Recommend improvements to prospecting and account growth strategies
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Experience in high-volume cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, or customer service
Excellent communication skills and ability to write compelling outreach emails
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
Experience in the dental field is preferred.
