Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth office functioning.

Work Setting:



Distribution centre / 3PL / wholesale establishment

Duties:



Prepare and verify all shipping-related documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), customs forms Ensure all load and shipment documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and customer requirements. Communicate daily with customers, carriers, and the warehouse team to coordinate work, resolve issues, and provide updates. Support warehouse operations as needed, including scanning, tracking, and inventory coordination. Enter and maintain accurate order information in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Use customer portals to upload documentation, generate tracking numbers, monitor delivery statuses, and send alerts. Provide timely feedback to management regarding any delivery delays, customer concerns, or operational issues. Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned to support the logistics team.

Qualifications & Expe

rience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure. Strong understanding of transportation operations, including carrier communication and documentation. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Pay: $23.00 per hour
