Job Description

Essential Job Functions




Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Manager of any problems that may arise. With direction from the account manager, manage the invoices and account receivables for the account. Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times. Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement Understanding of company capabilities and service, and gain the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to the client. Reports to the Account Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. Report analysis, trending and corrective actions Other duties assigned



Physical Requirements




Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, some light lifting may be required in some instances. Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment

Education & Experience




High school diploma required BA in Business Administration or four years related experience

Other Skills and Abilities




People skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance relationship with client Extremely detail oriented Technical competence (excel, word, power point etc.) Motivated, goal oriented High level of initiative and work well in a team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES




Professional certification may be required in some areas
