Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in managing and coordinating our collections to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier uniform knitwear solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring prompt, professional, and clear communication. Respond to client requests in a timely manner, providing accurate information and progress updates Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed. Monitor project progress to confirm timelines and quality expectations are achieved. Maintain organized records of communications, approvals, and key project milestones. Identify potential challenges early and coordinate solutions to prevent delays. Ensure clear, structured, and efficient information flow between clients, factories, and internal departments.
