Opportunity
We're seeking an
Account & Campaign Manager
with strong project management skills and a passion for client engagement. In this role, you'll lead strategic, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You'll use tools like Act-On, BI dashboards, and CRM platforms to ensure every campaign hits the mark.

What You'll Do
Build and nurture client relationships through clear, proactive communication
Collaborate with teams to prepare campaign estimates and respond to RFQs
Manage multiple priorities including campaign execution, estimates, and file work
Coordinate internal and vendor resources to meet project timelines
Research and recommend best practices for technical services
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and production technologies
Report on campaign progress in meetings and client touchpoints
Occasionally attend client meetings, trade shows, and community events

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer relationship management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Confident in making recommendations and guiding clients
Experience in project management including budgeting and scoping
Comfortable working in both in-person and virtual environments
Post-secondary diploma or certificate
Preferred Experience
5+ years in B2B technical customer service or related roles
Familiarity with Direct Marketing, Direct Mail, Offset Print, Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP platforms
PMP certification (an asset)
