We provide sustainable water solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.The CMS (Chemical & Monitoring Solutions) division offers a complete portfolio of chemical solutions, technical services, control equipment, and digital tools to meet the specific water management needs of its clients.As an Account Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation of water resources while providing exceptional service to our customers in the Gatineau/Ottawa area.Your responsibilities:

• Be the ambassador of our company by establishing lasting relationships with our customers.
• Use your technical skills to ensure optimal chemical treatment of water and processes.
• Perform water analyses and provide cutting-edge expertise in the form of clear reports.
• Effectively manage the inventory of chemical products at our customers\' sites.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or a first work exposure (internship, etc.) in the water industry.
• Technical or university degree in chemistry, biology, chemical/environmental engineering, or other scientific/technical field.
• Knowledge of water treatment and processes (an asset).
• Bilingual in French/English, both oral and written (mandatory).
• Excellent math skills and ability to convert units.
• Ability to work in various environments.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to lift 30 pounds.
