As a Senior Account Administrator, a typical day might include:
Delivering excellent administrative support and customer service, while adhering to company guidelines and workflows
Answering telephones and directs calls, both in and outside of the office, as may be required
Greeting, assisting, and/or signing in visitors
Distributing incoming mail courier packages, abeyances, and other materials
Maintaining office filing and storage cabinet cleanliness and organization
Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering
Assisting in corporate event planning
Assisting brokers in the preparation of new and renewal documentation, including but not limited to:
+ Certificates
+ Invoicing
+ Spreadsheets, proposals, and quote documents
+ Binders, Cover Notes, and other policy documentation
+ General physical and electronic file maintenance
+ General clerical support Attending meetings and records minutes, as required
Facilitating bank deposits, as required
Performing additional duties, as required

Must haves:
Minimum 6 months of insurance experience, consistently meeting internal core competencies
A valid Quebec license or RIBO and additional provincial licenses may also be required within 6 months to a year of employment
Active pursuit of CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designations considered an asset
Post Secondary Degree considered an asset
Experience using Epic broker management system an asset
