Naimark Law Firm is a plaintiff personal injury law firm operating within the GTA. Our team of professionals are dedicated, dynamic, and diverse! Naimark Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated Law Clerk/Paralegal with extensive experience in Accident Benefits. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Position is remote. Office attendance required as needed. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
- Completion of OCF forms
- Drafting LAT applications
- Preparing Case Conference summary forms
- Preparing for LAT hearings
- Requesting and reviewing medical documentation
- Daily communication with clients and third parties
- Handling CAT files
- 3-6 years of accident benefits experience including extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
- Experience working in a fast pace environment running 150+ ab files
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, Time Matters and PC Law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
