BRAND NEW STORE OPENING, CARS CUSTOMS & ACCESSORIES, be the one that builds a new store from ground up. CARS AUTO GROUP is a family owned business, comprising of multi levels of divisions, from Pre-owned superstore, to OEM dealerships in Alberta, body shop, export, service & parts, we strive to grow and we want individuals to grow with us.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our accessory location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Must have experience in the automobile/service field. Must be knowledgeable with accessory, tire, rims, lift kit sales.

Responsibilities



Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of employees. Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Conduct employee orientation and training programs to develop team skills in sales, customer service, and merchandising. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic. Utilize POS systems for transaction management and cash handling procedures. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management regarding store performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications



Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with supervisory responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and customers. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff members in a retail setting. Proficiency in inventory management and control practices. Familiarity with retail math concepts including pricing strategies and sales analysis. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and marketing strategies relevant to retail sales. Ability to maintain professionalism in phone etiquette and customer interactions. Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
